Our season was all we hoped for and more, thanks to the support of patrons like you! Our upcoming season promises to be equally exciting! Our 41st Christmas Concert will feature A Creative Symphoni Dance Studio which offers dance classes to students ages 18 month to adulthood and mentors students through the beautiful discipline of dance. The Voices of Blakeney Elementary School and Bass-Baritone Isaac Washington Holmes will also be featured. Our 41st Spring Concert will showcase the wonderful talent of Grovetown High School Chorus.

Whether singing in concerts, nursing homes, churches, festivals, or schools, ACOG has distinguished itself with excellent repertoire and performances. ACOG was founded by local music enthusiasts in 1983 with the goal of “using every opportunity to bring about awareness of hymns, anthems, spirituals, and the classics.”

Dr. Phyllis Anderson is celebrating her 16th season with ACOG. Innovation, integration, collaboration and community involvement are the hallmarks of her leadership.

and alive today! We survived the COVID-19 pandemic!
This week, we begin our 40th Anniversary Concert Season with weekly rehearsals
at the lovely Gilbert-Lambuth Memorial Chapel on the campus of Paine College. Though we survived, the lack of ticket revenue from our concerts and other forms of support has caused a serious shortfall and deficit in our current budget.
Please consider making a donation to the Chorale today! Your support will enable us to resume presenting concerts, visits to local Veterans hospitals and nursing homes, performances of choral music to urban elementary, middle, and high schools, and provide collaborative opportunities for groups, soloists, and musicians, and much more.
You may donate to us during the 2022 Arts in the Heart of Augusta Festival at
Booth #943, using CashApp, or mail a check to the Augusta Chorale of Georgia.
As a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization your tax-deductible contributions will allow
The Augusta Chorale of Georgia to continue its role enhancing the quality of life here in the CSRA through music. The Chorale appreciates you and your generous donation.
Thank you!
With sincere regards,
Dr. Phyllis W. Anderson
